Clark “Cheech” Pierce:
Fly fishing best describes me. I can see it in any tying I do. To be more specific, fly tying is what most consumes me with this hobby/addiction that I have. Creating things that fool trout, bass, carp, etc, it what really gets me going. Looking a slimy swimmer in the eye and saying “hey, just fyi, that thing you just ate isn’t real.” I like that. I have a VERY understanding wife, and 2 wonderful kids (Girl-5, Boy-4) who will correct you if you call it a fishing pole… nuff said.
In addition, Cheech is a Rainy’s innovator and just had an article published in Southwest Flyfishing on his pattern Cheech’s Leech (pg 54). You can read more about Cheech and his fishing adventures at his blog Fly Fish Food.
