Boots Allen ties up his Booty Call Minnow. It’s a great multipurpose streamer that Boots has used on a myriad of western rivers. It’s a pretty simple cone head, large streamer pattern.

Boots has been a fly tier, guide, and author for decades in Idaho and Wyoming. He grew up on these rivers and has a tremendous amount of knowledge about salt water patterns as well.
